How does the diginak shipper platform operate?
The platform can be easily accessed from anywhere through the internet. As a shipper, a financial credit limit study is carried out after you have registered on the platform. This study enables the platform to determine the financial limit of the relevant transportation for you. After the completion of this study, you can start receiving service from the platform.
The platform allows you to open your transport business primarily in the form of a reservation. The reservation you make allows you to provide us with basic information about when you need transport service, from where the load will be picked up and to where it will be delivered, what type of truck and trailer you need, and other basic information about the load. By this way, the platform determines the most suitable truck for you with its artificial intelligence and widespread network of carriers and transmits the most suitable offer to you digitally.
Upon approval of the freight by you, the transport reservation is converted into a transportation order and the transport activity is commenced. You are informed via e-mail about the critical steps of all processes from the start to the completion of the transportation. Following the completion of the transportation, with the submission of the delivery document to you, your service e-invoice is issued and submitted to you, and the transportation service is closed with the payment of the relevant amount within the related maturity. Feedback received from shippers is measured and evaluated to continuously improve the quality of the service.
