How does the diginak agent platform work?
Becoming a Diginak Agent starts with membership. As a result of the membership to the platform, Diginak business development team contacts the prospective agent, obtains preliminary information and analyses the motivation of the prospective agent to become a member.
For eligible agents, the training process is initiated through a remote education programme. Firstly, the vision, mission and strategies of the platform are explained. Then, the technical training programme on how the platform can be used by the Agents and how the system can be managed end-to-end is shown step by step.
Then, the process is initiated when the agent provides service to Diginak shippers by taking into account the geographical location and service production capability of the agent. The performance of the agent is measured on a quarterly basis and supportive activities are carried out to ensure that Diginak services are provided at high quality standards.
